The module is designed to increase the knoweldge and skills of school administrators so they can do a better job of observing teachers in their classrooms. It promotes observation and understanding of teaching behaviors that have been proven effective in enhancing student learning. It provides for learning and practice of skills relevant to the process of teacher evaluation.
