#9229 Mentor Tune-Up for the 21st Century Educator Mentors
This one day follow up to the ICE 21 Mentor Training is intended to sharpen the skills and deepen the understanding of mentors who have been working with their protégés for a semester. Working mentors will bring their stories, questions, and concerns to the session to explore best practices, hone their use of the mentoring tools, and improve their craft in a professional learning community. This workshop is designed for mentors who would like additional practice in using the language skills of supportive coaching, creating and using observation tools, and using The Continuum, a teacher self-assessment tool.
