Objectives and Outcomes

State of Illinois 21st CCLC Objectives
1. Participating students will demonstrate an increased involvement in school
2. Participating students will increase academic achievement
3. Participating students will demonstrate social benefits and exhibit positive behavioral changes
4. The program will serve students and community members with the greatest needs for expanded learning opportunities
5. The program will collaborage with community partners
6. Program personnel will participate in on-going professional development
7. The program will coordinate and collaborate with other funding sources and eventually become self-sustaining

“Lights ON” Network Objectives
1.  Promote learning as  a life-long process
2.  Offer both academic and enrichment learning opportunities
3.  Advance civic responsibility and leadership opportunities   (developmnetal assets)
4.  Utilize physical, financial and human resources effectively through  collaboration
